What payment method is accepted ?

We offer a variety of payment options to ensure maximum convenience and flexibility:

  • Secure Payment Link : Available with a 2.95% processing fee.

Is the price fixed ?

Yes, the advertised price is all-inclusive for the requested service. It covers fuel, parking, and toll fees. There are no hidden charges. No additional costs in case of traffic congestion.

What are the cancellation and modification policies ?

Any cancellation or order modification must be notified to us at least 12 hours in advance for domestic reservations and 24 hours in advance for international bookings.

Any partial or total cancellation made beyond the required time will likely result in no-show fees, as follows:

Airport transfers & transfers:

  • More than 48 hours before the service: Free cancellation.
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the service: 50% will not be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the service: No refund.


Hourly service:

  • More than 48 hours before the service: Free cancellation.
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the service: 3 hours will not be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the service: No refund.

Are your vehicles recent ?

Yes, all our vehicles are less than one year old and are extremely well maintained to ensure maximum comfort, safety, and luxury for our passengers.

Is your chauffeur service available 24/7 ?

Yes, our private chauffeur service is available 24/7, including on public holidays, to accommodate all your transportation needs.

Can I modifiy my itinerary during my transfer ?

Certainly! You can modify your itinerary during the transfer. Any additional stops that are not on the initial route will incur additional charge based on the kilometers and duration of the detour. In the case of extended stops, we charge in increments of 30 minutes based on the hourly rate of hourly service and the chosen vehicle. Please communicate any changes or additional stops to us, and we will assist you with the necessary arrangements and provide information on any associated charges

If my flight arrives early, will my chauffeur be there ?

Yes, we monitor all flights so we will be on time everytime.

Are there additional fees in case of flight delays ?

We monitor the arrival of your flight, and we are flexible in accommodating any potential delays. We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for commercial flights and 30 minutes for private jet flights once the flight has landed. Beyond these delays, we charge by hour. The charges are based on the hourly rate of hourly service depending on the chosen vehicle.
